Canadian Federal Compliance

> PSPC Integrity Regime

DAERYEOK adheres strictly to the Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) Integrity Regime. We certify compliance with the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy, ensuring ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability in all procurement and real property transactions. We maintain rigorous due diligence processes for all affiliates and first-tier subcontractors.

> Controlled Goods Program (CGP)

Registration in the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) is currently queued. DAERYEOK is establishing a comprehensive security plan and internal controls to regulate the examination, possession, and transfer of controlled goods, including technical data, in accordance with the Defence Production Act.

> Contract Security Program (CSP)

DAERYEOK is aligning operations with the requirements of the Contract Security Program (CSP). We are preparing for Facility Security Clearance (FSC) and implementing procedures for personnel screening (Reliability/Secret) to handle sensitive and classified information upon successful registration.

U.S. and Allied Frameworks

> ITAR / EAR

DAERYEOK recognizes the requirements of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). We are developing a formal Technology Export Control Plan (T/ECP) to ensure the secure handling and storage of export-controlled information and prevent unauthorized exportation.

> CMMC / NIST SP 800-171

We are proactively implementing cybersecurity standards aligned with NIST SP 800-171, forming the foundation for future Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2. This ensures the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Federal Contract Information (FCI) across our information systems.

> NATO / NCAGE

Application for a NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) code is in progress. Upon assignment, DAERYEOK will be identifiable within the NATO Codification System (NCS), facilitating engagement with NATO and allied defense procurement.
